Throddle Body/ Intake Manifold cleaning

Hello there, just wondering about the best idea to get all the carbon and junk out of my intake manifold. I was thinking of taking it all apart and then installing new gaskets and all. My engine has over 250,000 kms and is just about ready for a good cleaning. I've only had it for three years so I'm not sure if its been done yet. Thanks all!

Ford sells a special chemical that is made to clean the throttle body without harming the sensors. Don't use anything else, you will run the risk of hurting those expensive sensors.
