Exclamation Noise and Vibration

When I am stopped at a red light my car rattles and makes noise. I can feel the vibrations in the steering wheel and was wondering what would cause this. Any solutions?

sounds like a bad motor mount. Put your car in park, leave it running, open the hood, and rev the motor up by twisting the throttle bracket on the throttle body. Do it really quick so it torques the motor. If it moves a lot you need new motor mounts.
