steering

Have a problem with steering,my powersteering pump wines,and when I turn left or right the steering seems to stick could it be the pump or rack?

do you have fluid in it? mine has been leaking like crazy and I can't seem to track it down yet. i think it may be the high pressure line, or something to do with the steering gear itself. but check the return and high pressure lines. you may just have a leaky hose.

my steering did the same thing, but i fill it up every month because of a strange leak around a bolt going through the subframe i guess it is. havent had time to investigate any further.

a bolt going through the steering gear? i thought about that but don't have a socket or wrench that will fit over it! maybe thats my problem.
