Sputtering when warm

Ok I posted a while back about my car stalling at idle when cold and sputtering when hot/warm. I fixed the stalling problem by finding a vacuum line unplugged.

But the sputtering problem is still there. It sputters when the car is warm, slight throttle(just to keep a constant speed) and at low rpm(between 1200 and 2000) all at the same time, the other time it happens is when the car is warm to hot and under heavy acceleration does not matter what the rpm is it feels like it is pulsating/sputtering.

when it is cold the car runs great.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Check your fuel pressure, could be a weak fuel pump. Also are there any codes?

You can check the fuel pressure at the schrader valve on the fuel rail. When my pump went last summer it would only give me problems when the car was warm.

Exclamation checked the codes

I checked the code on my car and seems that every thing looks ok except for one of the o2 sensors. i also did an engine cylinder balance test and it came back good. Here was the readout for the car at idle. i need some help in determining if eveything looks ok. i think the one o2sen is bad since there is no reading. if anyone needs to rent a code reader murrays does it for free(just a depost) and it easy to do.
