Angry Idle Vibration

I own a 97 chicken with about 84,000 miles. The car handles and runs smooth going down the road. When the car is at idle in gear I get a bad shake from the motor up through the steering wheel. The RPM's bog down alot too. Especailly if there is any load from acc on the motor. I saw someone post somthing on here about putting the car in gear and seeing if the motor jumps up when the brake is applied with gas.
I put my e-brake on put the car in drive and gave it some gas. The entire drivers side of the motor came up about 1-2 inches or so. Is that the broken mount? Or is this problem more elusive? PLEASE HELP!!
