OMFG Morons never touch my car again!!!!! HELP!

so yeah I have a 1991 3.8 Bird and I brought it in to get a safety and etest. this car drove perfectly when I gave it to them. dead straight. perfect power (for a 3.8!) and tranny was right smooth. get it back. it's now safetied and etested (YAY!) but boooooo no power AT ALL!!! I almost got in an accident coming out of the parking lot! ZERO TQ off idle. from a stop it crawls up to speed and once it hits like 40 it boots up and pulls. Oh yeah but then it kicks on the up shifts!!! yeah you feel every shift kick you in the *** even under little power!! What the hell did they do to this thing?? I think the timing is WAY off now. NO TQ and power that kicks in up high? just so I know.... whats the stock timing on a 91 3.8??
