93 and 95 heads

I was just wondering what the difference between 93 and 95 heads. I have a 95 motor that I know the heads are good on and I am thinking about putting them on the 93 motor since the head gasket went and I dont know if the heads are good or not. Is one better then the other and what gasket set should i go with?

Talking

I spent $200 to take my heads in and get them vatted, pressure tested and repaired (plained and one valve was sticking). THe head gasket kit cost $48. My time to rip the SOB down and rebuild it -

Priceless....

BTW: I used Evergreen but if I where you spend the extra $30 and go with FelPro. Can't beat them.

Don't forget another $30 to get new head bolts.

Not sure. Checker Auto list the head sets for 94 and 95 Cougar w/3.8l as Fel Pro Part No. HS8857PT6

and the 93 Cougar w/3.8l as Part No. HS8857PT5.

So yes, I would think they are differnt. I know at the yard, the 93 and 94 have many differences in equipment that is mounted to the engine. I can only imagine the intake is slightly different.
