Mass Airflow Sensor 96 T-Bird 4.6

I need a quote on a new Mass Air Sensor. My CE light came on and the code was "Running lean on Bank 1 and 2". The Mech advised I replace this component.

By the way, the mech said it would be a "Updated" sensor...whatever that means.
