Seat belt (whole assembly) or 3L2Z-78611D70-AB

The drivers seat belt on my car has basically stopped retracting. I'm wondering can you get a drivers side seat belt assembly still? The interior color is Saddle.

If not, what is the going price for a 3L2Z-78611D70-AB which is a piece of Teflon tape to put in the upper shoulder guide part (part of a Ford TSB on other models)?

Edit: I found this # online, it may be the same kit -- YR3Z-63611D70-AA

Thx.

Wow, that was more than I was expecting. Thanks! I've read I can pull the belt all the way out and spray some lube in there so I'm going to try getting it working better first before buying a new part.
