Towed 220 miles in neutral

The tranny locked up after 180 miles. It now drives in 1st and R but when it shifts to second it locks up. If I manually shift it to second it won't budge either. Is the tranny toast? Long story

Chances are, if you can only move in 1st and Reverse, it's toast. (and looking at your signature, it appears it was already on it's way out.. you just merely helped it)

Should have used a trailer or unhooked the driveshaft... but I'm sure you know that - atleast now you do.
