more tranny woes

for the past few days ive had a hard time goin into reverse. ive checked the trans fluid, everything is fine there. doesnt happen all the time, but if i have to back up a small incline or sometimes on a level ground it takes a few seconds longer than it should to go in reverse. any ideas of what this is. ive checked around and came across a few simular posts but nothing thats the same. hope someone has an idea of what to do.

Did you check your trans fluid on level ground with the car running?
