coolant inside

Uh-oh! I had a leaking intake and upgraded to the pi intake thinking I was done.
Low coolant came on again. !;&@ thermostate gasket. Replaced w/ O-ring. Not that either.
D...n tank was letting coolant in the tranny. So I let it sit for a couple of weeks and drain everything.
Looked like it had that krispy kreme glaze on everything. Filled'er up w/ mercon5 and
a can of seafoam transtune
and heated it up. Started driving it slow and short trips w/ no trouble. Now it shudders bad
going into 2nd. The last time I drove it lost almost all drive as I had to coast the last 200 ft.
Could this be a stuck accumulator? What should be my next step?

Question

Yes I flushed the lines and the xtra cooler before I bypassed the radiator and added the second cooler in series. I should probably check to see what the fluid temp is to be sure it is cooling adequately. I just plugged the inlets on the rad to keep from replacing it.
