trans help

i got a 94 t-bird auto v-8. and the tranny is jumping when i go to back up. it does just fine going forward no slipping or nothing. i was wondering if it could be the bands and struts in the tranny. but i dont kow to much about this car. the fluid is good and clean. if any body might know something please call me or text me cause i dont get to get on here much any more. my number is 832-579-8839 names cody. thanks

Low fluid would be the first thing to check, you know you have to check it idling right?

i checked it many times and it is good. not burnt or any thing its full. i have no idea what to check next.
