2001 tranny OD light

Alright well, i got it on the ground. and the OD light is flashing i still moved it and drove it down the road and back up.. ALL gears fine again don't seem like it has much pulling power tc??? and reverse works great... it feels like the TCC isn't locking up thought.

Edited: i used the 94 TCC and 2001 shift slods

Heres what i used the 94 harness with the 2001 end.

You know, the connectors are identical. You could have just unclipped the terminals and rearranged them in the connector for the correct pinout.

Get the code scanned

the plug are the same, but the 01 is in the right place as far as pining goes? thats why i spliced the two together usimg the same colors?... and for as a 94.... how do i get a code scan since its not ob2

This should work (I Think): http://www.scribd.com/doc/34996350/F...-and-Procedure

If you were closer to St Charles, I MIGHT be able to read them with a reader. I have a Tech 2 and the Ford EEC-IV adapter and SHOULD be able to read the codes, but I've never tried it. It would be a long trip for 'maybe'.

I could meet you, i been driving it... Gotta get back and forth to work... but St.chuck is only 30 mins from my work,

Where do you work? I'm actually not in St Charles City, but down closer to 40.
