J-mod 1-2 shift issue

Hey guys I did some work on the cat this weekend, swapped in a J-Moded trans(from my sons wrecked bird),F63 conv,93 Mark ds,new half shafts, hub bearings and a Mark diff with a 3.73 posi. The issue I have is when shifting from 1st to 2nd with very light throttle it seems like it can't decide what gear it wants to be in briefly. If I lean on the throttle even a little it shifts fine and everything else works great all the time. The trans out of the car did the same thing only it was worse.I swapped the whole trans shift solenoids and all. It's very annoying around town when you would normally use light throttle like when turning from a stop. I would like to raise the shift speeds anyway they seem a little low at light throttle I don't know if that would help or not. Does anybody have any ideas on what I can do to fix the 1-2 light throttle shift? Thanks in advance Mike

P.S. when changing the OD servo piston make sure the rod is on the band correctly !!! you can probably guess why I mention this

Tried changing the tps and no change. It seems like it shifts into 2nd and then down shifts and than shifts again. There's no change on the tach but it happens quickly and I'm sure with the gauge damping it wouldn't show. Any other ideas? Thanks Mike

Well it looks like it's the Superchips programer I have. Took the tune out and it shifted fine at a higher speed. I put the tune back and jacked up the shift speed and it still wants to double take at very light throttle but with it being higher I won't see it much if at all in normal driving. The funny thing is I put the trans back to stock supposedly when I put the trans in but the shift speed was way low.I'm only running this setup thru the summer anyway I'll be installing the 05 Explorer engine in the spring(before I go to the street machine nats) So I'll get a proper tune then.
