WRT tranny coolers, get the biggest one you can afford; I'm using tru-cool 45,000btu.

Be sure to lock out od if you're doing 'curvies'; the 3-4 shift and 4-3 shift are really hard on our transmissions.
Do Not do a 4-2 manual downshift. Ever. It will eventually make a loud noise and die, lol.
Pre-2000 transmissions don't have good protections from this happening; newer than that date will try to do a 4-3-2 shift.
Still not good.
Using the od lockout button keeps you from having any of the really bad stuff from happening; a cooler will help with the rest.
Change your fluid every 25k miles; you'll be breaking it down if you're actually having fun driving.
Add the cooler asap; also look into the PBR brake mod.
