Stator shaft Teflon seal installer 307-516

I am rebuilding my 4R70W for my Mustang. I rebuilt it once with the J-MOD. I am doing it again as I have the motor out and will have significant more power. So I am doing some more mods to support this.I have access to this tool but no info on how to use it. I have searched the internet, but cannot find anything. Can anyone help me?
Thank you

Here's pix and discussion of the output shaft seals; the tool is used pretty much the same.

Black electrical tape helps too; shaving pieces off the seals is easy on the sharp edges of these parts.

Taping the edge keeps that from happening; 1 layer usually works.

Buy extra seals; they're cheap, and you'll waste a couple, most likely.
