'94 4R70W Recommendations

What do you guys recommend for a '94 trans with regards to the jmod? I've done it on a '96 and it seems pretty good. I am probably only going to replace the 2-3 spring and first with the drilled plate. My mom drives the car so I'm not sure I want to eliminate the 1st spring. Let me know what you guys think.

I would do everything but leaving the 1-2 spring out. Drill, the plate, replace the pistons, new springs, Merc V, etc.

I'd leave the lower spring in if it's mainly your mom driving it... but with stock gears the difference isnt that much. That being said, neither of my cars with 3.27s had the lower spring. You can always pull the lower spring later if you want the shift firmer.

Sounds good, and I remember there being different set-ups for different horsepower settings? Or am I mistaken?

Yes but its mostly just different sizes you drill the holes to.
