What EEC-Tuner changes are required for 4R70W in place of AODE?

At the advice of this forum, I am replacing my failed AODE with a low mileage trans from an '03 V6 Mustang. I did all of the prep work (j-mod, swapped the TCC, repinned the harness, etc) and hope to have it all running this weekend.

But I understand that the TC lockup may not function correctly unless changes are made the to EEC's calibration. I have an EEC-Tuner and can make those changes but I am unsure what needs to be changed. The obvious thing to change is the gear ratios for the tranny. Are there are other parameters that will need to be changed?

Thanks.

You'll have to change all the shift/lock/unlock schedules since all those events will now happen at different speeds due to the new ratios.
