If you've got a 96 Thunderbird you'll need to get at LEAST a 98 and up 4R70W because everythings been updated already.

The biggest thing though, the mustang and I believe the crown vic or maruder have the higher stall TC which DOES make a difference.

I'm running a 0-60 of 7.8 and I'm bone stock except for the transmission and I'm sure it would have been lower if it werent so damned hot out side (100 degrees).
