5.71 gears

Hello

Does anyone know if 5.71 gears will fit in a 8.8 differential of our cars?
with or with-out a Trak-lok? Mini Spool?

I might try them for next season in my Oval track car.

Why would you want such a high ratio?
I had 5.28's in a old wrecker and in 4'th(manual truck trans) it would tach out at about 60MPH

I've come into this world with nothing and still manage to have some of it left.

I am sure you would need to modify the case. 4.56's barely clear and sometimes require some case cleanup.

oval track

Hello

They would be for my oval track car. I am currently using 3.90 X 1.47 = 5.733
So not really any change, except i can run high gear & use my C4.

Right now I have to manual shift my AOD 1-D-1, to run in second.

I think i will have to contact Motive Gear directly. see if they know.

Hey Alan, how much to install them if they fit?
