what aftermarket diffs fit into the 8.8 IRS pumpkin?

Hello...
Unless I missed something, I have been scouring the forum here for diff upgrades for my '92 8.8 pumpkin, when I rebuild my diff and upgrade for 3.73 gears. What all works in these pumpkins?

Thanks

This thread from SCCoA has a lot a good information on the topic. Unless you are going over 450 rwhp, I think a stock trac loc will be all you need.

Most aftermarket stuff if made recently has been changed to fit the irs. The FRPP stuff fits now too.
I just put in a FRPP Track-Lok unit (M-4204-F288) and it fits. I called FRPP and they confirmed this, and said the new stuff will fit IRS cars, but to look at the side gears to be sure as it may be old stock.

So far, no complaints. It feels pretty much the same as a standard trac loc diff and operates very smoothly. Going to really put it to the test next month at the Dayton Spring meet launching off the trans brake with as much boost as I can get the tires to hold.
