Clank when I put it in gear

I have 97 thunderbird with an auto and traction locker. When I put it in gear when I start it up it makes a clank what is that and it does it everynow and then.

Got the only bird with Lambo Doors in Texas!
Thanks Luke!

I was hoping for that I have an alumium drive shaft and joints to put in so that will be remedied. This is my first trac lock and I was worried the locker was going bad will change that out first.

thats one of those, it could last for another 1000 miles, or it could break the next time you put it in gear........don't wait, change them now.

Nick......................I'm back!!!
May you fly low and fast
rest in peace JL
