1998 Lincoln MarkVIII
History Purchased in 07 with a rebuilt 4R70, which I promptly ripped out for a 5-speed swap. Daily driven until 09, when the motor was swapped out for a lower mileage one due to a failed champion spark plug that destroyed the original engine. While the engine was being swapped, the car also got a P600b supercharger installed. It then sat for years due to a number of issues, but as of now it is back on the road, and getting driven as a weekend car.
97 Tbird sport 16" wheels
Blacked out center of grille
Tinted windows
Nite-shaded tail lights (now faded, needs to be redone)

Blacked out woodgrain trim on center console/dash

In-Car Entertainment
Pioneer CD player and speakers

Under the Hood
Lower mileage engine replaced original due to a failed Champion spark plug that took out original one, 96-98 Cobra intake, deleted IMRCs, Procharger P600b supercharger with intercooler, 90mm LMAF in a draw-through setup, 42# injectors, 5-speed conversion with Tremec TR-3650 trans, 3.73s and trak-lok unit installed in the original MarkVIII diff.

Air ride deleted, spring conversion using thunderbird parts and spring perches, Eibach 1.5" lowering springs on Tokiko Blues.

Wheel and Tire
Stock size for now, will upgrade to 17s with 5x4.5" bolt pattern swap and Cobra brakes eventually.
